Although called a
"discography", this is really a listing of all known sound recordings
featuring Al Bowlly either as a singer or musician. The vast majority of entries
relate to 78 rpm discs, but there are some which are film soundtracks, radio
transcription discs or recordings from the radio broadcasts using
"wire" recorders, a forerunner of the tape recorder.

This session is entered in the HMV files as by `Mr. Blunt and his
Orchestra', evidently Jack Jackson's Orchestra, but there is no indication
that AB is the vocalist, although this is quite likely. |
